Paceri Receipi for Ramadhan
1 spoonful dried shrimp (soaked)
3 spoonfuls curry powder
3 cm/1inch ginger
1/2 cup grated coconut (fried & pounded into paste)
2 cups of milk/coconut milk
2 cinnamon stick
5 cloves, star anise
salt to taste
1. Slice shallots, garlic and ginger.
2. Mix with cinnamon stick, cloves and star anise.

6.30 pm/Aug/ 2009 The weather outside is cloudy. I wish for more rain to fall so the scare of H1N1 outspread is not and will not be overpowering. We , the Malaysians are left helpless. Like it or not we have to breathe in & out. There it goes. I do believe in natural treatment and the increase of one's antibody. Honey is one of the natural elements that can boost out immune system besides taking more fruits like oranges and and apples and I do use lots and lots of the black seed oil or 'habbah as sauda'. But whatever it is no matter how scary the outbreak may seem, we should leave it in the hand Allah The Almighty. He has ALL the might and power to relief us from everything. So ask for his intervention , seek his solace and protection.
