Paceri Receipi for Ramadhan

Ingredients:
1 spoonful dried shrimp (soaked)
3 spoonfuls curry powder
4 shallots
2 garlic
3 cm/1inch ginger
1/2 cup grated coconut (fried & pounded into paste)
2 cups of milk/coconut milk
2 cinnamon stick
5 cloves, star anise
salt to taste

Cooking instruction:\
1. Slice shallots, garlic and ginger.
2. Mix with cinnamon stick, cloves and star anise.
